Return/Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery


Return Exchange Condition:

Items must remain unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition, and have original tags attached.

Guidelines for Trying On Items:
When trying on leotards or other garments, please ensure appropriate undergarments are worn. Exercise caution to avoid any damage. We reserve the right to deny refunds/exchange if returned items are found unsuitable for restocking and resale.


Return/Exchange Process

1. Submit a Request : send an email to info@dancingripple.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Order Number
  • List of Item(s) to Return/Exchange
  • Reason for Return/Exchange

2. Wait for Approval: our team will review your request and send you instructions if approved. Do not send any items until you’ve received approval. Dancing Ripple is not responsible for unauthorized returns.

3. Ship your Return/Exchange: 

  • Approved returns must be shipped within one week of confirmation.
  • Use a trackable shipping service; insurance is recommended.
  • Customers bear all shipping and customs fees unless the return is due to a verified quality issue.

4: Provide Tracking Information: Email us the tracking number after shipping your return/exchange. This ensures a smooth and timely processing of your request.

5. Approval for refund/exchange: once we receive your package, we’ll examine the returned items and approve the return/exchange that meets sellable conditions. Then we will process your return/exchange within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return/exchange is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.

Important Notes 

  • Dancing Ripple is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
  • Shipping labels are not provided by Dancing Ripple.
  • Incorrect or unauthorized returns may not be processed
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges for items that do not meet our return/exchange conditions.
